But the Mainstream Media don’t touch victim stories where the responsibilities of ‘the establishment’ are questioned:

  • judges and court staff
  • solicitors and barristers
  • the financial profession – all protected by the immunity of Royal Charters.

Hero or martyr – that is the question for Maurice as he is hardly getting younger, let alone wealthy, since he was deprived from making a living as a vet in 2002.

This is the latest ‘note of judgment‘ by HHJ Seys Llewellyn QC. It is CLEARLY biased AGAINST Maurice and certainly NOT for ‘justice’, let alone ‘fairness’.

Your friend is being hacked – the changeover from court wars to cyber wars!?…

Maurice has a friend who looks after his mail in France. This morning when he tried to send emails, a window popped up that said

“your friend is being hacked”.

He now can’t send or retrieve emails that he had sent to Maurice…

This poster announces this article in the Barry & District News yesterday.

On Monday July 11, Maurice will “animate” Cardiff Court again. At 2pm South Wales police apply to court to put off his one million pound claim for damages caused by the machine gun case.

The want to delay this case until the outcome of his claim for damages of police bullying, which has been running for 19 years. I.e. another dealy of 2 years.

Also, his separate claim against NHS, XX and Prof Wood’s falsified medical reports to get me to Ashworth High Security Prison has received an application in court by the Defendants to stay also!

They want to buy the time until Maurice gets more and more ill and dies away…

When Councillors can’t win, what chance do “ordinary victims” have?

Councillor Kevin Edwards supports the “Justice for Linda Lewis Campaign” in a most admirable way.

What is not so admirable is how “the establishment”, i.e. the people in positions of power act, as he points out.

Maurice has experienced and uncovered the wrong-doings of the NHS, judges, court staff, solicitors and police.

Kevin Edwards finds the same cover-ups in the NHS and the Welsh Assembly.

If, ultimately, our dishonest money system breeds dishonest people who are paid to do their job but do it badly and dishonestly, then what can we, the people, and we, the victims, do?

It does take the intellectual input and emotional support from other victims of white collar crimes who fight as Litigants in Person to stand their ground and to decide on worthwhile legal actions.

On top of Maurice’s list: Adrian Oliver, as solicitor for South Wales Police the mastermind of all legal manipulations.

His next ‘favourite’: Barbara Wilding, the retired Chief Constable who spent lots of taxpayers’ money on bullying and harassing Maurice.

That culminated in getting him struck off the Register of Veterinary Surgeons.

And another ‘culmination’ was the firearms response, i.e. the license to kill – only to delay his court action for damages…

Maurice in Prison – according to the Rule of Law or the Rule of Person???

My heart is heavy since I learned that Maurice was detained by Portsmouth Police yesterday, to be picked up  by their South Wales colleagues today.

So I keep wrecking my brain: what is worth doing to help???

On his website, he’s just begun to point the finger at those judges who made his life particularly difficult. But he only followed Mr Ebert’s example who, as a very wealthy property dealer, was bankrupted fraudulently. And child snatching cases have made it abundantly clear that judges are unelected, out of touch and shockingly arrogant.

A recent book is entitled The Law, the Law – but where’s the Justice? He with the biggest wallet wins…
