    I wonder if this is to do with protecting former Inspector Phill Davies who was based in Bridgend before becoming CEO of The South and Mid Wales Safety Camera Partnership?
    Then went to cover up a sweet shop of crimes including embezzlement of public funds as Parking Manager in The City and County of Swansea.
    He made no secret about utter hatred towards Maurice Kirk and equally towards anyone that associated with him.
