In Search of Girl, missing for over a year: knock, knock at the door of Coronation Street Actress

Trust Maurice to dare to do things that others wouldn’t dream of, let alone do: at 8.20am he knocked at the door of the actress who is shown with the M-children on his website here.

All he wanted to know is when she had last seen the girl called F. She didn’t volunteer, called it harassment and wanted to call the police. She used foul language and was overheard telling some staff that there is someone looking for those “f…ing children”…

Maurice takes on board: The Secrecy of Family Courts should be lifted NOW!

I discovered this petition in the streets of Wales and published it online as The Secrecy of Family Courts should be lifted NOW!

Now that Maurice has seen first hand how secrecy is used to hide criminal behaviour, he makes it his mission to uncover this aspect of what he calls the ‘gravy train’: taxpayers’ money being used to fuel the adversarial system of lawyers before judges who sanction the game.

British Govt Detains Nigerian Couple’s Six Children names the family in a national Nigerian paper, but I must not publish anything that might identify the children.

Would this handwriting identify the eldest daughter? One is hers. This one is obviously faked.

This letter was used to justify the snatching of the five children by I think 5 police officers, the day BEFORE this faked letter was supposed to have been found in the garden next door!…

Solicitor makes False Allegations so that Judge imprisons Maurice

Once again, you can’t believe it unless it happens to someone you know:

  1. Maurice went to court with Gloria and Chiwar Musa who have been named by the Nigerian national newspaper that published British Govt Detain Nigerian Couple’s Six Children
  2. The solicitor of Haringey Council, Jonquil Houghton of Creighton & Partners, made two false claims to HHJ Carol Atkinson:
  • that he was recording proceedings with a dictaphone which he doesn’t have
  • she did not correct the judge when he assumed that he was Paul Randle-Jolliffe who had acted as McKenzie Friend for the Musas before.

In the presence of the Musas and another witness, Maurice said that to her that she is under arrest for misleading the court and covering up for the past 18 months and that he will use his megaphone to call the public to help the Musas from these criminals.

In court she therefore lied and Maurice was ‘taken out’ and held in Holborn Police station from 3.15pm until 6.10pm – without charges or further action! Continue reading

Super Starfighter takes on Secret Family Court Case with the Worst Local Council

They know they can’t afford another Baby P scandal. So they cover up and cover up and cover up. That’s what a whistleblower told Christopher Booker in one of the 10 articles he wrote about them in The Telegraph.

The Nigerian national paper Leadership published on 21 Augist 2011: British Govt Detains Nigerian Couple’s Six Children.

Gagged victims of family court cases and their supporters know how bad Social Services and Local Councils are. And they say that Haringey is the worst of all.

The Secrecy of Family Courts should be lifted NOW started, in fact, in the streets of Wales: an online petition that has attracted marvellous comments, 697 signatures and 9,535 page views to date.

But Maurice is presumably the world record holder of

  • the number of court cases ever fought
  • the number of hours and days spent in courts
  • the number of police forces harassing him: Somerset, Guernsey, South Wales.

Hence he views the case of the M-family from the perspective of personal experience. All they want is to go home – with their children. Hence this petition for them.

As a Conservative, he has always believed that the right judges and the right politicians will sort the system out. Now he’s wondering whether it’s time to distribute the Lewis machine gun (which was a replica on his aircraft, but South Wales police wouldn’t possibly admit their stupidity and preferred to mount helicopter operations and imprison and incarcerate him for nearly eight months…)

Watching shady “Shadow Courts” in real live Action

It’s beyond the imaginable for anybody who believes in “Law and Order”. Therefore it’s very hard to demonstrate and produce the evidence. And when you try, you end up being locked up.

That’s what I have witnessed. That’s why I have set two websites to “private”. Now, Maurice felt obliged to help the Nigerian family whose drama was published by their national newspaper Leadership: British Govt Detains Nigerian Couple’s Six Children.

Given he has spent so much time in so many courts, he thought he could help. But he doesn’t seem to have been prepared for what he experienced: while he and the couple spent the day in the court building waiting for the time and the room of the hearing, the “interim care order (ICO)” was prolonged “by phone” by Judge Hess. That’s what they were told by by Judge Berry around 4pm.

After that, he went to the police station, hoping to get the custody records of the couple who, among their endless harassments and bullying by the local council that is considered worst of all in the UK, had also been imprisoned.

I call these “Shadey Shadow Courts” for judges sanction what Social Services are doing. And they are all immune to prosecution, thanks to Royal Charters.

In and out of Prison – but this time by Choice!

Even at 66, Maurice is still a dare devil. True to his nature of being an adventurous spirit (after all, he flew alone to Australia in an historic wartime aeroplane), he thinks up ideas that would never occur to others. And thus he perplexes people – whether they are his perpetrators or his supporters.

When he was recently arrested, the friend whose number he gave to the Police recorded the phone message of the Officer:

Partners in Human Rights Activism: Maurice Kirk & Norman Scarth

This photo was taken when Maurice went to Leeds to support Norman Court in one of his private prosecutions.

Today, people are mounting a demo to Free Norman as he is in Leeds prison, in conditions that he describes as a “definition of hell” in his open letter to Judge Jonathan Rose. Paul Talbot-Jenkins’ “Battle Bus” has been decorated for the job and is on the road!

Norman also sent a petition to HM The Queen which you can can support with your signature.

The Law is only as good as the integrity of those entrusted to administer it

The Law is only as good as the integrity of those entrusted to administer itThis photo appears on Maurice’s post that describes the situation that Norman Scarth finds himself in: 6 months solitary confinement for having audio recorded a court hearing. The punishment certainly does not fit the crime. Patrick Cullinane was given four months for the same ‘crime’.

A first open letter has come out and a complaint that has been ignored and a demo is being organised for this Saturday, 10am, outside Leeds prison.

Chronic Litigant keeps fuelling the British Adversarial Court System

Our Corrupt Legal System

Why Everyone is a Victim (Except Rich Criminals)

How many court actions does it take to warrant the label ‘chronic’ for litigant Maurice Kirk?

And how many legal documents and court hearings does it take to understand the shortcomings of the adversarial system that the UK relies on – in contrast to the inquisitorial system of the Continent?

WWII Veteran to be sent along the Flying Vet’s footsteps to be killed off?

Norman Scarth, born 1926, was instrumental in getting Maurice out of the Caswell Psychiatric Clinic where he spent 3 months of his life which he describes as having been much worse than the 4 months in prison.

Now Norman has been given a prison sentence of 6 months for having dared to audio record a court session. Why on earth should it NOT be allowed to record privately what is being recorded publicly anyway??? You come to your own conclusions!

11 08 04 A Fine Shot SirMaurice fears that Norman may be given a varietion of the treatment that he has had to go through:

  1. the doctor in charge (XX) got a nurse to produce this report
  2. Maurice got two independent reports: Dr Tudor and another radiologist
  3. and thus got out, despite ten bent judges, but he does fear for Norman…

However, you can email him in Prison to offer support!
