Pre-Flight Planning Expertise – in Action for Getting South Wales Police to Bow Down – but they Intended to Kill

Maurice tells me he is known in the piloting world for his skills in pre-flight planning.

He shows an example of this skill by digging out a document from January 2009 that he produced to get the affidavit from the then Chief Constable of South Wales Police, after she and her solicitors had ignored the Court Order to produce it for 6 weeks!

Maurice handed this letter to the police solicitors, after having sent it to his then MP and published it on his website.

The Chief Constable signed her affidavit that afternoon.

Maurice believes that was ‘the trigger’ that caused their decision to have him MAPPA registered and to have him shot or interned at a place like Broadmoor.

This document leaked from Caswell Clinic and affirms not only the intention to shoot, but also the long term incarceration.

Real life battle between Good and Evil or a Brave Individual v Institutionalised Criminality and Harassment

It has taken me since March this year, when he introduced himself at our meeting in the House of Lords, to learn to appreciate what Maurice Kirk is trying to achieve, while I’m still not sure whether I am truly touching the g-spot…

My current understanding and assessment is

  1. he feels betrayed by his own professional body, the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons: they should have told him that their Royal Charter made them immune to prosecution, even if they do wrong (thanks to their lawyers colluding with South Wales Police)
  2. he has lodged an In fron of the Supreme Court in Londonappeal – with the highest Court in the country – for the Privy Council to intervene – the highest body of power acting on behalf of Her Majesty; the photo was taken by his daughter when he lodged the application in June 2010
  3. his current action against South Wales Police began on September 7 and is adjourned for the time being. It is about CIVIL DAMAGES and them being the cause for being struck off as a vet, but, the damages done to him independent of the removal of his professional income, are also well beyond everything ‘ordinary’.

Could you read and comment on Maurice Kirk’s story of police harassment, judicial violence and solicitors’ conspiracy?

Maurice’s life is a real life drama. His combination of legal battles is as complex a system as any other scientific attempt to turn chaos into order.

To me, the most relevant of his fights is about the fact that he advances the cause of litigants in person, i.e. people who, for whatever reason, don’t want to be or can’t be represented by a lawyer. I now see why: the whole adversarial system is only about lawyers making money on the back of claimants and defendants. It’s not about justice! “Representation” is about having a lawyer at “public expense”.

Maurice’s police created chaos started with him flying rather than driving. It was accentuated with a decommissioned and triggerless machine gun. And it became a vendetta by South Wales Police. Who would have won against them some 123 times?

But it also became a conspiracy. For the NHS, HM Prison, HM Court Services and lawyers of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons had to ‘conspire’ so that he would be struck off the register.

I believe he’s got 14 legal actions going concurrently. Different ones keep popping up as I accompany his document production and web publications.

So if you have a heart for an amazing human being, if you are interested in knowing what “they” are getting up to, and if you want to help by spreading the word, please read and comment. For we know that “they” watch his website and wish it wasn’t there.

MANY THANKS in advance!

Maurice appeals to the Criminal Court in London on the strength of his website and HH Judge Cooke QC’s patience and humanity

Physical violence 80Maurice has become a “chronic litigant” to defend himself against the endless mental, emotional, financial and physical assaults he has had to endure.

His response to the Warrant for Arrest is an Application to the Criminal Court of Appeal, accompanied by two interesting documents:

  1. the extract of a transcript with remarkably wise words by HH Judge Cooke QC, alluding to his patience and humanity, Maurice’s website and, the “finer point” of whether that questionable, decommissioned and triggerless machine gun is a firearm or not
  2. an Application for Judicial Review that he hand wrote while in Caswell Clinic.

Which lawyer advocating EU Article 6 for a fair trial could possibly decide that he was treated “fairly”???

From which rooves do we need to shout our outrage???

Please visit his website and leave your comment!

NEWSFLASH: Warrant for Arrest by Cardiff Police means Political Asylum in Brittany for Victim of 18 Years of Violence

This most recent medical report was written for Cardiff Magistrates Court today. The Court requested another report, even though two other courts in Cardiff have found him unfit for trial.

But even though Maurice had requested that the hearing be adjourned, it went ahead in Maurice’s absence. In fact, everbody refused to talk to Maurice this morning.

Instead, Cardiff Police telephoned to announce a Warrant for Arrest – for ‘common assault’.

Maurice is therefore asking the Mayor of Merdrignac in Brittany for political asylum.

On the Ethics, Philosophy and Politics of Maurice J Kirk BVSc v South Wales Police

This 6-page article is a remarkably fresh approach to Maurice’s current civil damages claim – from a high level perspective.

It was written by an ‘onlooker’ as an introduction to Maurice’s detailed account of facts and evidence, including the video on his home page.

In response to the Defendant’s submission (South Wales Police), this is the Claimant’s submission (Maurice Kirk).

UK Courts don’t provide effective remedies or fair trials and fail to disclose evidence

When Maurice sent me a notice where the Treasury Solicitor’s Department expected a payment of £2,200, I suggested he should offer them £10 per month until the £50,000 judgment in Maurice’s favour is being paid.

Instead, he produced this chronology of events that illustrate:

  1. the absence of effective remedies before national authorities (Article 13 of the European Convention on Human Rights) and fair trials (Article 6 of the European Conventional on Human Rights) and Article 47 of the European Fundamental Rights Charter
  2. the ineffectiveness of HM Court Service as a way to obtain justice
  3. the effectiveness of HM Court Service to keep solicitors, barristers and judges well fed.

Flying Vet Approaches UK Parliament in Fight against South Wales Police

The magic of net-working never ceases to amaze me. Here’s a beautifully written story, jazzed up, if you like, from the latest news release that I concocted from Maurice’s extra-ordinary life experiences as a ‘chronic litigant’.

What’s magical is:

  1. the quality of the story and the site as context
  2. the promptness of publication
  3. the fact that someone just ‘happened’ to send an email inviting people to send stories…

Maurice Kirk – fixated threat because of decommissioned triggerless WW1 machine gun

This is an excellent article that was written in October 2009, while Maurice was in Caswell Clinic – on the way to Broadmoor, the high security prison.

It would be nice if Mike Robinson wrote an update now…

What is Justice and how do you obtain it in the UK?

I know of LOTS of people who’ve been fighting for it for YEARS. This famous artist seems to know, too: Cummings Jury

But HM Courts do have their procedures set up. Who benefits? At least the lawyers who will expect to be paid for their time – no matter who appoints them…

Here, the Court appoints a lawyer to cross-examine Maurice’s witnesses. Why?

Because lawyers are paid to fight each other. That’s what Evan Whitton criticises as the ‘adversarial’ rather than truth seeking system in his book Our Corrupt Legal System.
