Maurice has become a “chronic litigant” to defend himself against the endless mental, emotional, financial and physical assaults he has had to endure.
His response to the Warrant for Arrest is an Application to the Criminal Court of Appeal, accompanied by two interesting documents:
- the extract of a transcript with remarkably wise words by HH Judge Cooke QC, alluding to his patience and humanity, Maurice’s website and, the “finer point” of whether that questionable, decommissioned and triggerless machine gun is a firearm or not
- an Application for Judicial Review that he hand wrote while in Caswell Clinic.
Which lawyer advocating EU Article 6 for a fair trial could possibly decide that he was treated “fairly”???
