“Legislation” has become another form of taxation

“Legislation”, used by politicians, judges, the legal profession and court staff, has become another form of taxation, to steal people’s houses, pensions, savings and 9 times out of 10 involves orchestrated deception and judicial bullying and / or the legal Mafia.

I had this in my Inbox by Elizabeth Watson who knows what she is talking about from bitter experience, as one of 400 investors who were betrayed, besides many victims she’s tried to help.

Maurice can certainly underwrite this statement from his perspective gained by experiences in Somerset, Guernsey and South Wales.

Following the model set by Mr Ebert, whose posters were produced by Paulette Cooper, she has helped Maurice now to produce these WANTED posters:

1. Barbara Wilding, now retired Chief Constable of South Wales Police who not only organised a number of ‘operations’ but also signed a false affidavit and arranged for multi-agency collusion to get Maurice shot or, at least, behind bars for life

2. Adrian Oliver, from Dolmans Solicitors, who are defending South Wales Police and clearly enjoying the gravy train of public funds paying for their ‘services’, even they including lying and perverting the course of justice

3. XX, the Director of Caswell Clinic, who tried to get him imprisoned for life by pretending he suffers from ‘significant brain damage’ and ‘possibly a brain tumour’

4. Nicholas Cooke QC, the judge who didn’t keep what he promised and made a judgment that was far from fair.

Once upon a time – oh, a very long time ago, I believed in truth, honour and justice. I believed – being born in Britain made me one of the luckiest people on earth; that British justice was the best; that our lawyers, judges and police were honourable upholders of the law and quite incorruptible; that our Parliament was the home of democracy and all politicians there, deserved the title – Honourable!

Oh dear, what a rude awakening has taken place in recent years as I have witnessed the physical and mental agonies piled on friends and their fellow sufferers. Now I know how Adam and Eve must have felt when they lost their innocence and were cast out of Eden into the wilderness.

It seems things don’t change for the better – anywhere, anytime. Who you know, still bears greater weight than what you know, especially if those friends you know are in the right places. Naturally, having influence and/or money helps oil the wheels, ensuring your particular wagon is steered in the right direction.

Maurice continues to be an active thorn in the putrid flesh of those on the poster of his WANTED LIST. We all hope they end up nailed to the cross he has had to bear for so many years.

I was in court 3 (public gallery) last Monday with Mr. Kirk and Mr. Ewing. Absolutely full of admiration for both men – they won their case and (some) costs. Most polite in the circumstances. Once, I was refused permission to be able to take notes in a Magistrate’s Court as a defendant. I wish I knew then what I know now!

Having immediate access to court CDs of evidence, as lawyers do, at the end of every hearing whether it be civil or criminal one, is my continuing agenda started well over 30 years ago following being fobbed off, ever since, in paying out thousands of pounds for inaccurate /doctored/ redacted/ corrupted so called ”official’ court transcripts.

The classic one, accidentally ‘corrupted’ on purpose, was in the presence of a Patrick Cullinane Esq, before Lord Justice Thomas QC, deliberately sitting alone. The content of discourse was so inflammatory, concerning the nefarious conduct of the South Wales Police with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons of course no publication of it could ever be allowed.
