Time to ‘take the gloves off’ over this thoroughly deceitful Welsh judiciary and South Wales Police force.

It will take 18 months to get CD of my police interview tape re sending ‘heroin’ to HM Secretary of State for Wales from my Cardiff prison cell, such is their nefarious conduct.

At last there is a glimmer of hope of my stolen property at HMP Parc Bridgend, by G4S last year, being released in total. Remember, no less than eight G4S prison officers had seriously assaulted me while carrying me out of the main gate.

Their purpose was for my Caswell Clinic medical records, revealing doctor and Dolmans, solicitors, fraud, my wheelchair, my clothes and shoes, my legal papers including my BS614159 claim (arising from 40 odd my South Wales Police failed malicious criminal prosecutions ‘machine gun’ 1CF03361 substantial damages claim

This letter from HM Prosecution Service categorically simplifies, for a third party to identify, those letters of mine stolen by both Cardiff and Bridgend prisons, on behalf of the South Wales Police and the ‘nigger in the wood-pile’ for his own very selfish agenda.

Did my Cardiff prison letters, allegedly each stuffed with an unknown ‘harmless white powder’ and contrary to the 2002 Prevention of Terrorism Act, that had me gaoled for weeks only to have charges dropped, ever reach the intended recipients? No, I fear not as John Graham Esq ‘s letters from me to him, for example, has been refused them by the South Wales Police.

Why, well the QC for the South Wales Chief Constable, told presiding judge Beard there had been an eleven year delay in the welsh police disclosing their 20 odd files of ‘machine gun trading’ investigation as there was a real risk I might publish them , once agin, show the bemused members of the public just how deceitful bothe the welsh judiciary and executive realy are.

for fear, quite rightly it will be published on a website and will cause an MP to be asked for help in the matter.

CPS unanswered mysteries include

1. You will not disclose my purported prison letter, stuffed with some harmless white powder, to John Graham and Alun Cairns MP. Have police destroyed them both?

• You refuse to disclose your restraining order proposals when I am no longer under your court orders. Why not?

• Now, even at this late stage, the South Wales Police professional standards department are pretending it is examining my written complaint concerning its own Adrian Oliver of Dolmans, advising successive Chief Constables of South Wales Police  prosecution department legal services department to having me gaoled for many months on spurious data, eg for ‘trading in machine guns’.

Only this week, it is further confirmed, my film prop on my Farnborough Airshw 1916 WW1 DH2 biplane’s film never was a prohibited weapon while I was in possession of it and yet the welsh police continue to pervert the course of justice to save pensions.

• Bristol Barrister, Chris Smyth and Cardiff’s magistrate , while I was legally represented in my deliberate absence , could not find the Cardiff court first file of ;harassing a doctor’—  OF Course not, nor can they trace even all of the 2^nd fabricated back dated version of the restraining order, with a curious court back dated log of it as  the very same welshing ‘authorities ’ that  had my name removed from the veterinary register in 2002, out of plain spite, were playing their timeless dirty tricks cheating the English .yet again.

• I am first supposed to have broken the alleged 1^st December 2011 restraining order (relating to a rogue NHS(Wales) doctor police black mailed to lie in welsh Crown Courts that I have ‘irreversible brain damage to register me MAPPA level 3 most dangerous in order to have me lawfully shot (police operations Captain, Challis and Buttercup)
• But you know I was completely unaware of its existence at the time.

• Not a dissimilar incident occurred , surrounding my receiving a vindictive totally disproportionate  two year prison term handed  down by the ‘lying to my face’ judge Tracy Lloyd Clark, telling me she ‘did not have the power‘ to cause an investigation despite startling new evidence before her of Caswell’s false medical record that, alone, lost five years of my life, my wife, my health, wealth and damned near my sanity.
