Now we have HM Justice Minister, Robert Buckland, entering the fray in Devon with the fact he knows or should of known, I was NEVER ever ‘served’ a Cardiff Magistrate’s 1st Dec 2011 ‘Restraining Order ‘ , for harassing a now sacked NHS (Wales) doctor for lying to a secret 2nd December 2009 Cardiff Crown Court. I must be gaoled for life, both he and HM Crown Prosecutor , now Judge Richard Thomlow, had recommended.

Mr Robin Shellard, in my opinion in blind faith , believed that those in the welsh judiciary tell the truth, ha, ha, when telling my English court, on three separate occasions, the welsh ‘authorities’ will return my alleged Cardiff prison letters to me!

Dream on , Robin, you have clearly had a very sheltered life.

On 2nd Dec 2011 I did not receive , at the correct judicial moment, either my 1st alleged restraining order, before I was gaoled for breaching it, nor the alleged 2nd ‘varied’ version, circa 2013, both also not found by Queen Square Chambers; Chris Smythe?

AND why not?

Five years of my life in the stench of welsh prisons and now, to add insult to injury, an English barrister’s chambers, based in Bristol, appearing to humour this original welsh corruption, the latest being that I had sent, from a Cardiff prison cell, heroin to HM Secretary of State!

Meantime, the evil and spiteful welsh judiciary bstds continue to refuse to even return to either me or John Graham Esq, my alleged letter to him from Cardiff prison, stuffed with an unidentifiable powder, prison issue tooth paste, ‘allegedly’.

The next hearing is Exeter Crown Court on 18th December 2020 10am in order for me to claim costs (deliberately clashed with my multi-million pound ‘trading in machine guns’ claim in Cardiff county court also at 10am. I buy lunch for all who attend as usual.
