Yet Another South Wales Police Complaint 

1. I wish to make a complaint against the South Wales Police for falsifying Alun Cairns MP’s position, then as HM Secretary of State for Wales, in relation to alleged heroin/anthrax distribution from my Cardiff prison cell to a number of addresses about the UK. 

2. I was on F block’s psychiatric segregation landing, in May 2019, where systematic theft of my correspondence took place by landing staff, witnessed by prisoners, that included my appeal papers to HM Criminal Court of Appeal at the RCJ and released medical records, both urgent. 

3. The vindictive two-year prison term, handed down by Judge Tracy Llyod Clark, for my simply detecting and preventing further crime, was because she had been deprived of the pertinent facts relating to the 2009 Caswell Clinic, Bridgend, police blackmailed forensic psychiatrist.  

4. I was moved and detained in G4S’s dangerous HMP Parc, Bridgend, for many months, still un-convicted, interviewed under caution on 1^st August and charged for ‘supply’ to John Graham Esq but not to Alun Cairns MP which was contrary to how the prison staff witnesses understood it to be after examining my outgoing mail from the prison every day. 

5. The welsh police, in May 2019, had informed Alun Cairns MP that I would be detained in prison ‘for the rest of year’ due to the ‘powder’ in his mail despite the fact my release from parole officer fiddled prison ‘recall’ had expired in April. 

6. I was not informed of these gross irregularities, of course, for fear I would apply for Judicial Review and personal inspection of the alleged ‘evidence’ needed to obtain a jury conviction. 

7.  Yesterday, before HM Recorder, His Honour Judge Johnson, it was obvious there never ever was a letter from me to Mr Graham with ‘white powder’ in it and so the jury trial was doomed for failure. The welsh police still refused to disclose, even to its Bristol’s CPS, my alleged hand written prison letters seized, allegedly, for breaching our 2001 Prevention of Terrorism Act  

8. [The welsh police had switched the charge of my ‘supply’ of ‘white powder’ to Alun Cairns MP to that of ‘supply’ to John Graham to minimise risk of this conspiracy becoming public]. 

9. After my being charged the police attempted to retrospectively procure a J G ‘statement of complaint’ to support it thus putting into doubt the very veracity of this latest police conduct.

LAUNCH OF NEW CAMPAIGN AGAINST SOUTH WALES AUTHORITY’S CORRUPTION

I am prepared to help fund the setting up of a series of public meetings, particularly in Swansea and Cardiff, in order to expose, name and shame those ring leaders both you and I have personally witnessed in your Welsh prisons, police stations and law courts.

The primary aim is to give world -wide publicity naming the culprits with their personal details if the committee, to be first formed, so requires.

I need, meantime, to collect short succinct accounts of South Wales police atrocities for a national newspaper that has taken an interest in supporting our cause.. This may lead to a long overdue Ministry of Justice delegation from London to thoroughly investigate the appalling state of our southern welsh law courts, police and prisons.

I also want information of criminal activity by the authorities within police forces flanking the ring leaders, the South Wales Police.

A designated website is to be set up for the purpose once a committee is formed
