Why is NHS (Wales) not Prosecuted?

Alas, in mitigation now but I suggest you again arrange with the barrister, XXXXXXXX, as you were my only witness denied the right to give evidence in my September jury trial.

This was originally arranged with the barrister, following your being blocked each time at the original November/December 2011 alleged ‘harassment’ Cardiff magistrate’s hearings, its subsequent 1st March 2012 Crown Court Appeal and several jury trials since, as no restraining order was ever made known to me.

This included the 2nd jury trial that was stopped owing to the police witness having been proved a liar yet again.

Remember, you spent a considerable time in my appointment slot at the lawyer’s Cardiff chambers, to furnish me with the lawyer prepared witness statement or affidavit when oral evidence was then considered more appropriate with legal representation.

The lawyer appears to have been unavailable since for that appointment for me on the more sensitive matters and need for the issuing of relevant witness summonses as to what bizarre things were going on in NHS(Wales) Caswell Clinic in 2009!

I was diagnosed with possible brain ‘cancer’ the court was told in December 2009, when police were applying to His Honour Judge Neil Bidder QC for my incarceration in Ashworth psychiatric prison, indefinitely, following His Honour having been given the reason for my MAPPA level 3 registration.

2. had already been ‘diagnosed’ as ‘dangerous’ by the unsuitably qualified Caswell clinic staff despite experts, just days before at the PEH, having certified me, from scanning my head several times, all appeared normal.

3. During my three months of sheer terror, under s35 of 1983 Mental Health Act, that I was going to be drugged in my sleep I was also subjected to unusual but potentially dangerous intrusive clinical procedures, as if a laboratory ‘rat’, including intravenous radio-isotopes injections in my arm and several times.

4. I was identified in the Caswell clinic’s September and still withheld October, November and December 2009 medical reports, some put before the current Recorder of Cardiff, Her Honour Judge Eleri Rees at the time, to successfully block my bail applications to prepare for their dreamed-up imminent machine-gun-trial carrying a mandatory 10 year prison sentence.

5. I was also diagnosed to have ’significant damage’ from having been a ‘long term’ drinking partner of actor, Oliver Read and from ditching my WW2 cub in the Caribbean in order I be also MAPPA category 3, a rare species, indeed!

6. I was perceived to be a ‘real threat’, not to the general public, the reports quote but to the Chief Constable should I pursue my BS614159 civil claims against her following her having lost 89% of her malicious prosecutions against me in her frantic quest to have my name removed from the veterinary register veterinary register and thereby, my income with which to fight them in such a corrupt environment as South Wales.

I have asked the court to issue you with a witness subpoena to assist you getting in this time.
