                       HM Crown Prosecution Service (Wales) Malicious Prosecutions

Her Ladyship The Recorder of Cardiff has invited me to formulate a ‘timeline’ of alleged police incidents citing their conduct to harass me in my preparation for damages claims ever since 1992.

The 2008 machine gun/MAPPA / DrXX, as chief police forensic psychiatrist, fabricated medical reports conspiracy, is best set out in my 1CF03361 damages claim now that disclosure of police records has been specifically ordered by His Honour, this week, unlike in previous claims.

This machine gun conspiracy has been stayed these past seven years due to its indication of yet another Crown Prosecution Service (Wales) malicious prosecution targeted at a once upon a time practicing veterinary surgeon in the Vale of Glamorgan simply trying to go about his life in peace.

In order for any of my damages claims or criminal cases to succeed against the Chief Constable of the South Wales Police then this claim, in particular, along with this 4^th jury trial allegation of an ‘alleged breach of a restraining order’, should be transferred to a higher court well outside of Wales.

Judge LJ, as he then was, in the Thacker v Crown Prosecution Service 1997 case, reminded the parties and now in this 4^th jury trial, that the Crown Prosecution Service may well be immune to a civil prosecution based on negligence but not for ones repeatedly brought maliciously.

Professor Rodger Wood of Swansea University a thoroughly ignorant and deceitful little liar just for the money and does not give a dam for the consequences on his victim (s)

Whilst having your victim unlawfully locked up in Caswell Clinic, Bridgend, South Wales, with the purpose of his eventual incarceration in Ashworth, indefinitely, you then went on to fabricate a NHS (Wales) medical report for Dr XX boasting to him that you were the leading Welsh expert on ‘brain trauma’ using part of your report listing, as supporting evidence, the incidents upon which you relied.

You are required in both civil and criminal courts, on this specific matter, quite shortly.

I will track you down in New Zealand or Canada is it, with your partner in crime may well be BUT outside the protection of your Cardiff courts.

This week’s ‘Machine Gun’ Court Order written almost to the day, after eight years being unlawfully blocked by the Cardiff courts,  is about the South Wales Police’s over-arching multifaceted conspiracy to delay civil damages claims against their Chief Constables between 1992 to current day.

Of still further significance is that this court order coincides with the release of the similarly blocked Dr XX Court Order, also below, when it is not even my birthday!
