It pays to pay for good and for bad experts!
When South Wales Police selected the then Director of Caswell Clinic, they made a seemingly good choice for them, albeit torturous for Maurice.
But despite all the bullying, harassment and torture inside HMP Cardiff, despite all the white collar crimes in and around the Magistrate and Crown Courts and Police, Maurice was found by someone who is independent, i.e. not ‘bribable’, commissioned by Cardiff Crown Court!!!
His report is 27 pages long, but I’ll only find out when I see Maurice at long last on Thursday whether he’ll want me to publish it. His sister only objected to him referring to their mum as having had dementia. I think it should replace the bio on his own website that has unfortunately been used for very strange comments by very dubious commentators…
On Monday, Maurice returned the sandwiches as, for the second Monday, I was not allowed to see him. He only wants to eat a piece of chocolate, once he sees me inside! There were three hurdles:
- to get on a list of ‘approved visitors’, even though he is on remand
- to get through to a person on the other end of the booking line
- to make the booking at the same time as the other loyal supporter who has been his lifeline, as I go together with him.
Our personal appearance somehow made me appear on that list.
And after using my phone for 45 minutes, I also got the booking done.
Long live technology and the smartness of the administration of ‘justice’ using it for their purposes…
Please use his prison number A7306AT on www.emailaprisoner.com to cheer Maurice up. He’s desperate to get out after nearly 5 months inside – once again for rather dubious reasons – on remand – but certainly to delay his 20 year long case for civil damages!!!
But all bail hostels are full, and all bail addresses have been found unsuitable by South Wales Police!!!…

It truly is beyond disgusting how they treat this fine man and other people. Sabine, I don’t know how you have the strength to carry on trying….
But as far as ‘experts’ go, I continue to find the whole concept bizarre, no matter how ‘educated’ they claim to be at best it’s only an opinion/ hearsay- should have no place in any so called legal system. I know he’s getting worse than I right now but i wd be ready to kill now, never mind after five months….do you know if he’s being drugged?

Having seen the DVD perhaps the reference to Caswell Clinic Director should be removed but I will leave that to your judgement. thanks Celia

Why should that reference be removed? also if he is a Director he’s probably listed on internet somewhere…..use his NAME, non physical entities dnt do these things to people….that’s part of the problem…..they’re trained to believe that they’re not actually people and can do whatever they like, laws and rules dnt apply to things that dnt exist! you can’t get more arrogant than that…

It was a similar professional and his Independent report that swung it in my favour. Put doubts on whole case by cops that I was out of control. I was in Cardiff centre buying shoes/doing business banking while cops tried saying they had to evacuate office buildings because of me. Luckily their lies catch them out many times too (at least in old days when I last dealt with their public services).
Ridiculous, just want a decent law/court system, we certainly pay enough for it.
Can I still write to Maurice via http://www.emailaprisoner.com? If so will try and explain little tips that helped me remain calm while v angry and locked up unfairly.

OK will get some credit and try this service as know we have fair bit in common, being hard working ppl who visited the “Slammer” hard to talk to many decent heads in there and I relished contact.
