In court today CPS admitted obtaining Welsh prison prisoner letter logs for two failed prosecutions against me, last year but boasted before judge Evans in Exeter Crown Court I am refused the very same log for defence

CPS (Wales) deliberately withheld this incriminating firearms certificate , only disclosed this year,  in  order to knowingly pervert the course of justice BUT what will Exeter Crown Court do about it?

CPS Refuse Disclosure of My Prison Stopped Letters

This morning, in remote court hearing, prosecutor, Mr Shellard, was heard to say, by my registered observer, that whereas you obtained from the welsh authorities prison stopped letters of mine, including those to Alun Cairns MP and John Graham letters, sent by me from my Cardiff prison cell allegedly stuffed with bags or anthrax and/or heroin, you also obtained others purely to  prosecute me but that the rest from HMP Cardiff and HMP Parc are also irrelevant to the defence’s case? how are you so sure?

You, again, will not disclose the prison letter logs, to which you had to rely in order to prosecute me last year and yet you know the welsh authorities have withheld from you my contentious letters, strongly supporting my defence. Not fair is it, Mr Shellard?

Will you assist in obtaining my letter log stolen by G4S at HMP Parc on 1st November 2019?

It is nearly two years, now, since my being denied any of this evidence until you had to drop a few charges for fear my cross examination may then allow for the jury to acquit, by my subsequently obtaining copy of the the welsh police’s MAPPA, MG6C, OASys, FTAC, PII data together with its own records.

Are you, for example, prepared to disclose the full audit trail documentation leading to you recovering my letter to John Graham, snatched by Cardiff prison, a copy of which I saw this very month in Taunton’s police station where I had simply asked him to find me a solicitor?

Whereas in Wales I am fully familiar with  the daily nefarious carrying-ons of some of its judges, prosecutors and senior police, I find myself quite shocked that the learned judge HHJ Evans, today, did not immediately insist in  the obviously needed prison letters audit trail must be disclosed so we can all ‘go home’.

Is it true that this extreme and unusual CPS conduct of yours is in any way being controlled from London as related to police ‘Operation Bridger’ following the tragic demise  of a wonderful lady, Jo Cox MP?
