Were you the lawyer in Geoff Matthews’ defence in my Bristol County Court civil action claim concerning his stealing my council rent?
Your client succeeded in stealing it from me but only with your help, to claim it off him, of course, your significant costs when you knew, under the unlawful circumstances, he would not be able to dispute or have your bill taxed.
1. Charles Murray barrister, that’s you, caught out deliberately lying in my civil claim.in Bristol County Court. You knew the Barry council had refused me copy of the payments made to the tenants Matthews was stealing the money from, … see transcript

2. Christopher Smyth, also of Bristol’s Queen Square Chambers, prosecuting in my South Wales Police’s bizarrely brought ‘breach of a ‘restraining order’ for my 5 years in prison. He had suspected, from the start, I had never been ‘served’ the ‘restraining order’ until it was ‘pushed under’ my police cell door after charged with ‘breaching’ it!

Your colleague had promised me a copy of the CPS court file for my JR. RCVS, IOPC, CCRC and MP applications but never did.
I trusted him and still do, funnily enough, as to what he said on his difficulty in finally extracting from the CPS and police and court records clearly proving my innocence.
I could not have been ‘served’ the order also confirmed by arrested CPS barrister, David Evans, confirmed on oath in a Bristol Crown Court, as it was his draft ‘restraining order’, brought to me in the cells on 1st Dec 2011 before five witnesses at my cell door.
Examine the June to December 2011 hurriedly backdated altered Cardiff magistrates court log and police’s log as not dissimilar to lying Professor Rodger Woods of Swansea University, who had to frantically back date his own criminally unqualified September 2009 Caswell Clinic psychologist report, following my Feb 2010 ‘trading in machine guns’ acquittal, carrying a 10-year prison term.
Wood had lied stating I had had such ‘significant brain damage’ from ‘ditching’ my WW2 cub in the Caribbean and for being a ‘long term drinking partner’ of actor Oliver Reed Esq’. He had recommended to a Caswell doctor that I be gaoled in Ashworth’s high security psychiatric prison for life.
3. Robin Shellard and others also of Queens Square Chambers, Bristol and Mr NC Evans of HM Crown Prosecution Service (Bristol) have allhave promised me ‘sight of’ original exhibit letters in dispute,’ certified true copy thereof and to include copies of all my letters I had sent to Alan Cairns MP, seeking for help, and John Graham as the latter suspects there never was such a letter from me to him in the first place.
It must be the 3rd, if not the 4th time now, in open court that I have been promised sight of originals and copies thereof but did either Alun Cairns MP or John Graham’s letters ever exist in the first place?
The welsh police now admit they had me gaoled for much of 2019, whilst un-convicted and then on a charge that was false and only withdrawn once the English CPS took charge. They took charge as John Graham was diligently enquiring, under FOI & Data Protection Acts, which the welsh had ignored.
So, who then has been lying?
Is it me or is it a culpable ‘concoction’ of Crown Court criminal custodians of the law?
That makes four or five of you from the same barristers’ chambers so, please confirm that I am not horribly mistaken on any of this before I take this matter much further.
Thankyou
‘blue skies’.
