This has not stopped the Cardiff cabal, of course, in having Mr Kirk further jailed for nearly three years, to frustrate his civil claims against them , gaoled for breaches of a restraining order from an in lawfully procured harassment conviction to protect XX from ever giving evidence again when promised his victim will not be the one to cross examine the police concocted nonsense.
