Now there is little hope of ‘Code Napoleon’, its EU variations or direct copy of Australian, US or any other current HM variation we, I say again, we exported worldwide in the days when it was so good…. to ever to be returned to our island to protect the common people.
I will not be holding my breath as to whether this ‘Brexit move’ will do the trick and cause that radical change in EU policy, we all need, back to what I voted for in 75 but I will continue to live in hope.

Dear Mr McCoy,
COMPLAINT AGAINST THE SOUTH WALES POLICE
1. Thankyou for seeing me so quickly without an appointment concerning my 23 years of continuous complaint against the South Wales Police force, so far ignored.
2. The current Chief Constable has caused the sudden release of a purported true copy of my 20th May 1993 ‘interview tape’ taken while I was in custody in Fairwater police station, Cardiff, with neither caution nor evidence of purported indictable offences.
3. I was arrested under PACE 25 and yet charged for being in possession of a ‘garrotte type instrument’ just used on The Prince of Wales’ farm in the Vale of Glamorgan. Arrested within minutes of my complaining to Inspector Trigg of police harassment.
4. In court, next day, I was sent to prison as ‘unidentified’ with the court records now suitably redacted or re written in order to cover up the fact that that the clerk of the court knew that the Guernsey police had been asked by the then Chief Constable, Mr Hugh Burdon, to have me extradited for some outstanding trivial arrest warrant.
5. Avon and Somerset police has an erroneous 193-page affidavit by the current head of legal services, Mr Leighton-Hill under, as you confirmed, directly controlled by the current Chief Constable, Mr David Vaughan, containing a 10th March 1997 letter to him (p142) from the arresting officer, now Sergeant Phillip Thomas, confirming the truth contrary to what has been said, ever since, by police officers and its Crown Prosecution Service.
6. The Criminal Cases Review Commission has kindly offered to investigate an almost identical incident of both court and police deliberately destroying public records, when their pensions are in jeopardy, on 1st December 2011 when police arrested me in Cardiff magistrates to pervert proceedings in the contentious MUSA children case.
7. Not just court records were altered since I started legal proceedings against them, over 20 years ago, but so have police records as found in the current County Court papers served on His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC by police private lawyers, Dolmans, also happily hitched on to the public funded ‘gravy train’.
8. I have over 200 arch lever files of proof for their 25th January 2010 machine-gun trial.

What evidence that this evidence has actually been destroyed? just their word presumably…..? there used to be a ‘legal maxim’ that basically said whenever such evidence had been destroyed not only were the perps prosecuted for destroying said evidence they were also prosecuted for whatever the vic says happened during such evidence….basically they coud say whatever they liked and it was simply accepted as fact! This must have been a very very long time ago back when there was some semblance of law and order.
these mother f***ers literally have hundreds of thousands of hours of video, raping me, torturing me, beating me as well as the gang raping of some women that i used to know. No hope of getting a copy of that but I think it likely that it still exists.

The South Wales Police, so far, have taken my wife and daughter, health, wealth and profession and almost succeeded in having me ‘lawfully’ shot as one of their concocted MAPPA level 3 category 3 victims simply to stop the civil litigation generated to no fault of my own.

this is often the trouble it’s like getting into a pissing contest of who has suffered more…..but very similar here, i suspect not as long…but started at the start of my adult life, so never really had chance to build a life for myself…i lost my partner for over 12 years over it, we should have been married long ago and several kid by now- we both wanted them. i dnt think it’s an exaggeration to say they pre-emptively murdered my kids…..i know for me it can’t just be one or two sadistic individuals, it can only be state organised. it is part of the eugenics programme….not just dictating who can and can’t breed…but those who acquire wealth and become an active part of society end up becoming leaders of it……
i’ve been left destitute, taken my papers…so impossible to earn virtually and when i do occasional make hundred quid or so it gets stolen usually with lot of violence.
just the one thing i don’t really get though…is how you’re even getting into Court. Me, they just ignore and refuse to issue the paperwork. Ignored completely, or if there is a response to something it is always violent…..pouring more fuels on the flames. Not that I don’t believe you…..I guess it must be because you are so much more in the public eye. I promote your site whenever I can. Thought I had made couple of good contacts recently…..now the PTB blocked me from Chris SPivey forum as well now so no way of contacting any of them….would you believe. I strongly suspect Dogman is a perp/ Chris’ handler in same way Sean is to Icke……..but I hope you got total control of your own site and it’s resgistered and servered somewhere like Germany for example……
i actually would quite like to be shot, as long as it was quick and no longering after the fact…..I would like to say i carry on in the hope of helping and supporting other people, but the truth is i’m a coward i guess. I’ve tried ending it but it really is not an easy thing to do….and when they come for me again…..you’ve then got the added problem of killing enough of them before doing it to yourself to deprive the sickos of the satisfaction 😦
