    XX consultant Psychiatrist also sat as a paid part time director in a private forensic hospital. The Belonging to Pastrol Cymru, and Cardiff. The result of his influence was to direct patients suitable to that private clinic incurring huge costs for the NHS and personal financial gain to XX. I This is contrary to the Care standards Act and in itself is a criminal offence.
