I am forced to be a chronic litigant after being 5 years in Prison due to the Welsh Police determined to have me locked away by using fabricated medical records, by their blackmailed doctor.

    A splendid example of officious official-opinion amounting to absolutely nothing more than the usual Pontius Pilate attitude that is the mark of all those who aspire to take ‘the sovereign’s shilling’ in order to justify their grandiose titles and inflated salaries that will excuse them of any responsibility for inaction.
