Thanks to a leaked report, Maurice has known about the ‘license to kill‘ of South Wales Police for a few months.
But since the outstanding Warrant for Arrest in November, he’s tried whatever he could to make sure he won’t be put behind bars or into a psychiatric clinic, yet another time.
These are the two points that he told the authorities in Rennes, the capital of Brittany, where his fingerprints were taken, and papers are being prepared for automatic extensions.
After all, he is currently not only fighting for his medical records to have a hip operation, but also a civil action against South Wales Police, for damages to himself, his surgery and his family of 18 years of harassment, false imprisonments and the non-investigation of crimes.

Maybe the Christmas Spirit will bring some sanity into TPTB (the powers that be), not only for the sake of Maurice Kirk, but also to Wikileaks and Julian Assange?

Excellent news. The bureaucratic terrorists protected by the Crown and MAPPA that operate within the HM Partnership in South Wales will have to find new ways to dispose of Maurice now. Is South Wales’ Berlin Wall begining to crumble?

Recently, there was a gathering by the high and the mighty to celebrate the signing of the Magna Carta at Runnymede in 1215 by King John: it was the basis of all personal and political liberty for the people of Britain.
What all too few realise is we, the people of Britain, have lost all but TWO of those freedoms. We have fewer rights in 2010 than we had in 1910.
The anger of students has led to rioting, as did the Pole Tax twenty years ago.
The anger of students is the manifestation of increasing resentment among the ordinary people of this country against increasing totalitariansim and the suppression of free thinking individuals as well as free speech.
The disciples and graduates of Common Purpose will be elated with the progress of their policy which is to rule from within by stealth, thus eroding democracy and all democratic procedures.
If this is hard to believe, look at the case of Maurice Kirk and so many others like him. People who have fought for more than twenty years to obtain justice. People who have become the victims of corrupt politicians, police, lawyers, barristers, magistrates and judges. All of whom have sworn to uphold the laws of this country and to administer justice impartially. It is time for this charade to end.
The latest victim is Julian Asange and WikiLeaks. The internet is supposed to exist for free speech but because politicians have been ‘found out’ in all their international deviousness, they seek to silence it by laying false charges on the man who dared to voice what we have all suspected for many years.
The revelations about MPs expenses was just such a leak. This suppression of free speech must not be allowed. People have the right to know what is being done in their name.
It is time to stop the wolves devouring free thinkers and speakers. Time to stop the vultures hovering and swooping on the champions of our freedoms. Such champions must be protected from false charges being laid at their doors.
