IPCC receives 631 corruption allegation complaints about Welsh police forces

This is BBC News: A report by the police watchdog shows Dyfed-Powys Police topped a list with corruption allegations made against it for the size of its force. But the IPCC Chair Dame Anne Owers says: “Corruption is not widespread.”

Well, how do you measure corruption?  The IPCC report only comes up with the number of complaints per 1,000 officers. But would there have been a demo, if there hadn’t been a problem???

Maybe a better measure is the number of visits to websites!?

Victims Unite over 108,000 since August 2010
This site over 9,500 since August 201

Or the instant response by Keith Vaz MP to the Abolish the IPCC demo?

Or the number of signatures and page views of online petitions and the remarkable quality of their comments?

Or is it the 200 parents whose children are taken against their will and who are sent to prison on top of losing their kids? I don’t think this can happen without police, can it?

I better write to Dame Anne Owers and open her eyes in the ivory tower behind her desk!

  2. Paul Ronald says:

Well my first comment has to be stated of dame Anne Owers, states the corruption is not widespread – Does she not know the taxpayer pays for all their medical care free such as having ones ears syringed and the wilful blindness seen to?
My next is to keith Vaz MP – If you want the evidence have more then enough in irrefutable documented evidence to show lawful cause to your intention. As well as further showing lawful cause to all of the malicious treatment of Mr Maurice Kirk, where the police would rather maliciously persecute than observe or uphold the acts of UK law. Which includes judge G Hickinbottom stating in witnessed not fit for lawful purpose court hearing. Which was on my complaint of stating taking further his presiding unlawful malicious vindictive criminal actions against me. “Mr Ronald it is a known fact that no government department of complaint works on behalf of the public”
All of which can be further lawfully substantiated by other letters to the many in government and various police forces including then cheif constable B Wilding. Where on these continual ongoing complaints to the police and the police being found guilty of one of the many charges of intimidating telephone calls to me. They informed the IPCC they were doing nothing and would the IPCC lend them a hand at making me a vexatious litigant. – Their unlawful malicious vindictive persecution (UMVP) continues
